    Refund Policy


    Due to recent increases in international shipping and customs fees, returns may involve significant costs and logistical challenges.


    Customers in the European Union have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws .


    If a return is requested, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping and customs fees are non-refundable, as they are paid to third-party carriers and authorities although our shipping cost which it relaies between 30$ to 40$


    In certain cases, and at our discretion, we may offer a partial refund for the product value without requiring the item to be returned. In such cases, shipping and customs fees remain non-refundable.
